For the time being, the SCI MOUKOUTI is a civil real estate company that operates in accordance with the OHADA Uniform Act on the law of commercial companies and the Economic Interest Group, and the laws and regulations in force in the Gabonese Republic. Its governance bodies are as follows:

• General Assembly
• Administration

The annual financial statements are certified by a statutory auditor and by the presence of a dynamic team that runs the company in the most optimal way possible, while protecting the interests of stakeholders.
